Kayla L. Hebb is President and CEO of Avatrine Financial. She started in the healthcare industry in 2000 and began her financial advising career in 2005. Ms. Hebb has a BS in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA in Financial Services from the University of Dallas.
Kayla is Series 65- and Life and Health Insurance-licensed. She is also certified in Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), Long-Term Care, the Small Business Health options program (SHOP), and the Facilitated Federal Market Place (Health Insurance Market Place).

Byron Vasquez is our Office Manager at Avatrine Financial. Although originally from California, he was raised in New Mexico and its surrounding areas. He speaks fluent Spanish and always tries to help members of the Spanish community. Byron goes the extra mile when it comes to providing incredible customer service because he believes in investing in people and their time.
Byron is Life and Health Insurance-licensed. He is also certified in the Small Business Health options program (SHOP), and the Facilitated Federal Market Place (Health Insurance Market Place).

Evan began his financial career in 1985 with American General and VALIC, a full service retirement planning company. While there, he received numerous awards and promotions. He resigned in 2007 to pursue an independent and conflict-free approach when advising clients. In 2009, he joined Cambridge because they understand the true meaning of independence and advisor support.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and multiple securities and life insurance licenses in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, and Oregon. He is a Registered Financial Consultant and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, he is committed to putting his clients’ interests first. He specializes in the design and implementation of all types of retirement plans and uses managed money, mutual funds, annuities, and insurance to meet clients’ needs and objectives.
Evan served on the board of People Reaching Out, a substance abuse prevention organization, from 2004-2010.

Autumn Wagner is the Administrative Assistant and bookkeeper for Avatrine Financial. She has 5 years of experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and management with liberty tax. She is a licensed tax preparer and a higher level of IRS authorization to handle tax issues for our clients. Her specialty is bookkeeping and small business financial management. Autumn is an avid reader and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
